Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Virtual Connect Group, LLC, 8581 Santa Monica Blvd, Ste 558, West Hollywood, CA 90069.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to cbdbutterfly.com, promotionscbd.com or any other domain registered to Virtual Connect Group, LLC
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- In order to obtain a full refund for an order, you must return all bottles of the order you wish to be refunded, be they empty, full, or partially full, back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below within 60 days from the order date, if the entirety of the order is not received in the process by our fulfillment center within 60 days since the order date, we will not issue your refund in this event, any goods received will not be returned to you.
- You must complete the form in its entirety below with the relative information. If the date your Return Request for an RMA is 60 days more than the Date of Purchase, your RMA will be denied.
- Upon your submission of the RMA Form, you will receive a confirmation email that has your RMA number and all the information you submitted.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Put a printed copy of the Confirmation email inside the package with the product you are returning.
Failure to fully complete the steps above will result in our inability to refund you.
The customer must pay for shipping to return the products to us.
Once our fulfillment centers receive your order and process the information, you’ll be issued a refund.
Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending upon the speed of the processing bank.
Physical Returns Address
The physical returns address to mail your product will be on your RMA Authorization Email.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
